(More customer reviews)While I believe this coat looks nice, is comfortable and professional looking, the quality is simply not there. After one winter of use, the lining has come apart in 3 different spots. While I was disappointed, I thought this is a London Fog, I bet they have great customer service, right? Think again. Visit londonfog.com and you will see it is one big marketing site with zero info on customer service or warranty/guarantee. Not even a phone number or address, simply info on their ad campaign with Mad Men. So this is the last London Fog I buy, they are no longer the company they used to be, they are simply a marketing company that sells poor quality products. I would rather be on the phone with them getting this coat fixed rather than writing a negative review, but since I can't get this taken care of, I would at least like to let others know to exercise caution.
