(More customer reviews)Nowhere on the page does this raincoat say it is for a child but I normally wear a size 6 and ordered a 10 so I could layer under and it is way too small. Plus, I could not exchange it, only refund minus the shipping cost. I really needed a raincoat and am out time and money. rats.

This DLL Private Label rain coat has a hood, vented front and shoulders, snap front closures and is mid-thigh in length. The Raining Cats and Dogs print covers the pockets, the cuffs, sash and the inside of the hood. Lined with a thin nylon material for extra warmth, this 100% polyurathane coat also has matching rain boots and umbrella to complete the look.
