(More customer reviews)After I ordered this jacket from Amazon, a nice lady with a Canadian accent left a message on my home phone asking me to give her a call about my jacket. We had a nice conversation in which she asked me to confirm the sizing. When the jacket (which I wound up ordering one size larger than my usual size) arrived, it fit perfectly. Where do you get that kind of service, ANYWHERE??? I'm sure the Northface tailors are on the right phone now. Jacket's great. Of course Polertec has some limitations. In a good stiff cold wind, the chill still cuts through. Fleece doesn't pack down as tightly for packing as some other insulators, but for the great price, it's better than I expected. I would certainly order other TAIGA items.
