When it came, it was one reason to be grateful for the extended winter we're having here in NY.It is so light weight, that despite it's size, I prefer it to any of my shorter or other material coats. It is instantly warm, but not thick and bulky. It has awesome deep pockets that your gloves will never fall out of. Great buy.
