(More customer reviews)I ordered the cruzer mens cowhide leather motorcycle jachet and I received two of them. This may have been my mistake. Opened one, saw it did not fit and carefully returned to box. I then emailed the company regarding the double order and received no reply.I returned both jackets with deiivery confirmation receipts but ALAS no insurence. Here is how they got me. I received an email that stated " item returned with obvious damage to product. Item is unsellable. Only able to refund 30%. We look foreward to seeing you again."
I know the packages were carefully packaged to return. Why credit me with 30% if the item was unsellable? Why have I heard nothing of the mystery second jacket? This is the first and only time I have been taken by Amazon or most likely their dealer Luxury Lane. I was charged $99 for each jacket and to date seem to have a credit for $30. I truly hope that Amazon takes a close look at this situation.I for one would not wish to have a company represent me in this manner let alone not respond to an email. The website makes it appear to be legit.
