(More customer reviews)The New Zealand Lambskin Leather Walking coat I ordered as a Christmas gift arrived beautifully. It was my mistake that I didn't take the coat out of the box and check for flaws before giving it as a Xmas gift. I left it in the box so it wouldn't be wrinkled or disturbed. The coat looked like the picture on line, fit perfectly, the leather is as described (soft), BUT the lining was unevenly sewn in the coat. In my opinion, this does not represent a quality product.
I was very disappointed when my daughter asked "is this is the way the lining is suppose to hang"?
I doubt I would purchase another BGSD product. $189 coat should have had better quality control in it's product.

(More customer reviews)When I received my purchase of the Luxury Lane Cruzer Women's Cowhide Leather Motorcycle Jacket, I was very happy. The hardware and stitching are very sturdy and straight. There are no puckers in the leather, and it lays smoothly on my body. It is the perfect weight for riding. Even though the sleeves are long for me, I'm 5'3-1/2" tall, I prefer it in order to have them fit over my gloves. The sleeves fall a third of the way into my palm. The length is perfect for riding because it isn't too long where I would be sitting on it. I had considered getting the petite size, but I didn't need it. There is enough room to layer a t-shirt and sweater underneath the jacket, but it still does not make me look bulky. My hubby says that I look really good on the back of the bike with my jacket. The leather has a good thickness for protection without armor. It is not the buttery soft leather that would provide minimal protection. It has a fitted look, but it is tighter over the bust than it is over the midriff. If you are larger than a 36 bust, you would need a larger size. The only negative thing I have found, and it's not that negative, is that the zippered breat pocket is just a sliver of space once you unzip it. Still, I have found a great use for it. I keep my earplugs in this space.

(More customer reviews)I ordered the cruzer mens cowhide leather motorcycle jachet and I received two of them. This may have been my mistake. Opened one, saw it did not fit and carefully returned to box. I then emailed the company regarding the double order and received no reply.I returned both jackets with deiivery confirmation receipts but ALAS no insurence. Here is how they got me. I received an email that stated " item returned with obvious damage to product. Item is unsellable. Only able to refund 30%. We look foreward to seeing you again."
I know the packages were carefully packaged to return. Why credit me with 30% if the item was unsellable? Why have I heard nothing of the mystery second jacket? This is the first and only time I have been taken by Amazon or most likely their dealer Luxury Lane. I was charged $99 for each jacket and to date seem to have a credit for $30. I truly hope that Amazon takes a close look at this situation.I for one would not wish to have a company represent me in this manner let alone not respond to an email. The website makes it appear to be legit.

(More customer reviews)I made this purchse as a gift to my husband. He wore it one night and lost a button then found a tear in the pocket he put his keys. The keys went all the way to the bottom of the coat and it took a while to push them back up and out the pocket hole.
When the button came off, it tore a small gash in a cross seam as well.
I had to stitch both pokets and stitch up the tear in button area. I will need to look for some new buttons. I then checked all the coat buttons and many of them were very loose so I spent an hour reinfoercing them so no to loose any more.
The custiomer service depatment at Crative Products did not want to do anything for me on a return. After I discussed my problem, I was told a $5.00 credit would be refunded for my troubles.
I did not expect this coat to be so disappointing and am looking to purchase another coat of better quality for my husband at this time.

(More customer reviews)Just got my coat the other day and can't say enough nice things about it. First, the leather is really very soft and smooth. Second, it's cut wide across the shoulders so I could wear it over a suit. Third, it came beautifully packed in a large, flat box, on a nice hangar, and wrapped in plastic. No wrinkles at all. Even the buttons were wrapped in paper. It moves and feels great. The lining isn't too heavy so it can be worn in cool and cold weather. I'm very satisfied. I' m going to buy the lambskin sport jackets, too.

It is a warmer weather coat, no quilted lining, but it is perfect instead of a blazer or trench. Very nicely made and the leather is soft and supple. A classic and versatile addition to any wardrobe. (More customer reviews)This item is a blazer- not a winter jacket-unless maybe you live in Miami. Also, this item is listed in with leather coats, so I assumed that it was leather or some variation of. It's a poly/rayon blend.
That said- the color is misleading. When I opened the box, I thought they had mailed a black coat. The blazer is a dark chocolate- not the camel color in the picture.
Oh, and did I mention that is was for xmas? The only thing my husband asked for was a brown leather coat, blazer style. Thanks for nothing Stacy Adams.

(More customer reviews)As a previous reviewer mentioned, "don't be fooled by the low price." These jackets are great quality leather blazers for only $129. I ordered both a black one and a cognac. (The brown was too dark, in my opinion. The cognac color is much better.) Luxury Lane shipped quickly by FedEx and the jackets were packaged very well. Although this small detail may be trivial, the three buttons on the jackets were wrapped with paper as a small measure of protection. I'm also happy that the 2XL size was not any higher in price. I'm very satisfied!
