(More customer reviews)I really love my coat. First thing I need to mention; I ordered the coat (free shipping) and had it the next day, that floored me. As soon as I put it on I realized I should have gone a size smaller. I called the company according to the enclosed instructions and the customer service was friendly and most accomodating. I decided to simply order another coat through Amazon as I had done with the first order and I had the size 8 the next day. I returned the larger coat to the company and they gave me a full refund.
If the coat had been of common quality I would not have been so intent on having the right size immediately. This coat is very well made. The buttons are sewn on snugly, they are not going to come off. The lining is of a high quality, stitched without any puckers. The coat is warm and I love the softness of the nap, sometimes wool can be a bit rough, not so with this coat. The detail stitching gives the coat class and falls on the body in a flattering way. I highly recommend the longer length pea coat, which I have, it falls at mid thigh rather than at the hip. My only regret is I wish I had ordered it sooner. In fact I am ordering another one in navy blue or black. Buy the coat you will not regret it.
