But I bought it anyway, I just received it, and it's AMAZING, it's warm, well made, the knit collar is gorgeous and it's soft. As it's juniors size, I bought the large, cuz it's medium on the misses sizes and it fits perfectly with room for a heavy sweater underneath. Give it a try, for the price you wont be disappointed!

Overall its quality was good but I did not particularly care for the style. There is a slight puff to the shoulder area and the wrist area was tapered and very tight.

(More customer reviews)First of all, this item arrived really quick and the packaging was perfet! It comes as if came from the cleaners and barely folded in half - no wrinkles!
The quality is outstanding! This coat looks very elegant and fits true to size. It is very warm - I woke up to 24 degrees and all I had under the coat was a long sleeve t-shirt. The collar replaces a scarf - no need for one.
I am in love with this jacket and plan on getting it in pecan as well.

(More customer reviews)after I figured out the pockets were sewn, I gently cut back some stitching to reveal a real pocket. I had E mailed the company to ask them about the pockets and they never responded, so poor customer service. But the coat is really classy looking and looks great with jeans or a skirt. I've very happy with the coat, but if you have a question don't really expect an answer from the seller. P.S. The pockets are really deep I can put my gloves in them, once I figured out how to get the pockets!

Great quality, fits perfectly, overall I'm really happy with it. It's casual enough to wear it with jeans and nice enough looking to wear it to church-which is what I was looking for.

I am very particular about the shade of red I wear and this one is the perfect shade. I do not like light fire engine red but this one is not like that....it is a gorgeous tone of red and I am extremely happy with it.
I have already received alot of compliments on it.
I ordered the black color and liked the style so much that I went ahead and ordered the red.
If you are considering getting a coat this year, this color and style has to be the it style for you.

Its very warm and protects your neck from the cold. The only gripe I have is the fact that the buttons came off easily. It wasn't sewn well on the coat. I had to sew it back on.

It, indeed, looked like a swing coat....until it arrived today. It's a nice coat but not very exciting and DEFINITELY not a swing coat. In fact, I ordered it a size larger so it would fit comfortably over sweaters. It's a good thing because the coat runs small.

The coat arrived in 2 business days - I couldn't believe it! And I love it! I got a size 8, although I usually get a 10 in coats - I hate for them to feel tight through the shoulders when I wear a heavy sweater under a coat. The 8 feels just fine even with sweaters under it. The quality of the material is good, and it's very warm. Plus, I like the "swing" of the cut. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

The coat is very warm, which is perfect with winter right around the corner.
I was slightly disappointed with the texture of it, though. It was a bit pricklier than I imagined. But with a scarf to protect the back of my neck, this coat is exactly what I need when it is cold and windy.
I got a size larger than I needed, partially because I wanted to be sure that it would not be too tight, and partially because it was the smallest available at the time. It was a bit long at the bottom and a bit wide at the shoulders. This of course, is no fault of the product, I just suggest that any prospective buyers get the size that their measurements fit the closest with.
Overall, I really like the coat, when I wear it on cold windy nights I only feel the wind below where the coat reaches.
I would recommend this coat to others, but I would mention my mild discontent concerning the texture.

I typically wear an 8 or M up top. I ordered a 10. I have broad shoulders and a med. size bust. It is tight when buttoned all the way. So, other than ordering a size up...it is perfect and JUST what I wanted in a winter white coat.

(More customer reviews)I really love my coat. First thing I need to mention; I ordered the coat (free shipping) and had it the next day, that floored me. As soon as I put it on I realized I should have gone a size smaller. I called the company according to the enclosed instructions and the customer service was friendly and most accomodating. I decided to simply order another coat through Amazon as I had done with the first order and I had the size 8 the next day. I returned the larger coat to the company and they gave me a full refund.
If the coat had been of common quality I would not have been so intent on having the right size immediately. This coat is very well made. The buttons are sewn on snugly, they are not going to come off. The lining is of a high quality, stitched without any puckers. The coat is warm and I love the softness of the nap, sometimes wool can be a bit rough, not so with this coat. The detail stitching gives the coat class and falls on the body in a flattering way. I highly recommend the longer length pea coat, which I have, it falls at mid thigh rather than at the hip. My only regret is I wish I had ordered it sooner. In fact I am ordering another one in navy blue or black. Buy the coat you will not regret it.
