I own several and wear them in the spring , fall and winter . I live in an area that gets quite a lot of snow and these are perfect for a quick trip to the store or shopping, even in bad weather.
This is also the jacket that our military has used for their pilots and as a former military person I can tell you the military demands quality in their clothing.
This is a great choice in a jacket !

Knox Armory B-15 Flight Jacket Review

(More customer reviews)I liked the jacket except it is too short at the waist to fit me. The bottom of the jacket barely reached my belt line, and if I bent forward, about 4 inches of my back (above my belt) was exposed. That might be more to do with the way I am built than the quality of the jacket. I am 6' tall with a 31" inseam, so admittedly, I may carry more of my height in my trunk than the average guy.
Although a very minor gripe, I also didn't like the way the "fur" collar was attached with elastic loops and buttons. I think a zipper or hook/loop strip would be a better way. That, however, would not have caused me to return the jacket. I just need to find one that is longer at the waist.
I think the quality, price and shipping of the jacket were fine. Just wanted to mention that the waist is pretty short for men of my build.

Knox Armory Hooded MA-1 Flight Jacket Review

(More customer reviews)This coat is your basic flight jacket. The hood is great, and is hard to find in the army navy store. The fur on the front is buttoned on so if you feel like its just too fuzzy you can remove it without damaging the coat or how nice it looks on. I followed the sellers instructions of buying 1 size up and it is a perfect fit. I usually wear a size small so I bought a medium in the hopes I could wear a sweatshirt under it, and it works! Im totally happy with this purchase and I am a normal sized person. :)
